FAQ
Questions people ask first
Straight answers about Agile coaching, AIDLC and how working together starts.
What does a digital transformation coach do?
A digital transformation coach helps an organization change how it works, not only which tools it uses. I connect the strategy to day-to-day delivery: a roadmap, an operating model built on Agile teams, modern practices such as capacity-based planning and shift-left quality, and, where it fits, AI introduced through a governed lifecycle.
What does an Agile coach do?
An Agile coach helps teams and leaders adopt Agile ways of working such as Scrum and Kanban. I observe how work actually flows, set a baseline for delivery metrics, coach one improvement at a time, and train internal Scrum Masters so the practices last after I leave.
What is the difference between an Agile coach and a Scrum Master?
A Scrum Master serves one or a few Scrum teams day to day. An Agile coach works across teams and with leadership to change how the whole organization plans and delivers. I have worked in both roles and mentor Scrum Masters.
What is AIDLC?
AIDLC stands for AI development lifecycle: a defined process for scoping, building, testing, releasing and monitoring AI features, with governance checkpoints for data, model behavior and human review. I lead AI teams and AIDLC adoption.
Do you work with teams outside Dallas?
Yes. I’m based in Dallas, Texas, serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area including McKinney, Plano and Frisco, and work remotely with teams across the United States. Coaching is available in English and French.
Which industries do you work with?
Healthcare, banking and financial services, consulting, higher education, government, e-commerce, technology and sports.
Can you help us move from Waterfall to Agile?
Yes. I have helped teams transition from Waterfall to Agile while keeping control of scope, budget and quality, starting with one team and expanding once the practices work.
How does an engagement start?
With a free 30-minute discovery call. If there is a fit, the next step is usually a delivery health check that sets a baseline and a prioritized plan.
